Nissan 300ZX is a sports car that was produced in two generations, it was a huge success despite having less capacity but producing more power, the primary advantage was the twin turbochargers. It had a double-wishbone, coil springs, anti-roll bar, and rear suspension with multi-link. Despite having many more amazing features, its VG30DET is still a popular engine today because it was built to last and became the final Nissan motor, with 4 valves per cylinder, double overhead camshafts, and a turbocharger. A 9″ Twin Plate Mantic Track system has the same effective surface area as an 18 single plate clutch, and a 9 Triple Plate Mantic Track system equates to 27. So increasing clamp load is no longer a priority as the significantly larger surface area creates a massive torque capacity increase.
